About FAYNee

Finding someone reliable for a job — a leaking tap, a wobbly cupboard, a room that needs painting — usually means asking around and hoping the person you find is actually good, available, and fairly priced. FAYNee exists to make that easier: post what you need, let local service providers come to you with their price, and pick the one that fits.

How it works

For customers, it's three steps:

  1. Post what you need done, with your area and a budget in mind.
  2. Compare the bids that come in, chat with providers first if you have questions, and accept the one you trust.
  3. Get the work done, then rate your experience — it helps the next customer choose well too.

For service providers, it's just as direct:

  1. List the categories you work in and the area you cover.
  2. See jobs posted nearby that match, and place a bid with your price.
  3. Get hired, do the work, and build a rating that brings in more customers.

Where we stand between you and the other side

FAYNee is the place you meet — the posting, the bidding, the chat, the rating — not a party to the work itself. Payment and the actual job are arranged directly between the customer and the provider. What we do take seriously is keeping the platform itself trustworthy: every uploaded photo is automatically screened before it's shown to anyone, ratings stay tied to the specific job they came from, and we actively check for signs that a customer and provider account are being run by the same person before letting a bid through, so ratings mean what they say. Where we are today

FAYNee is an early, actively-developed product — we'd rather ship something useful now and keep improving it in the open than wait for it to feel "finished." If something's missing or doesn't work the way you'd expect, we want to hear about it.
